With a career spanning over a decade, Ashley currently serves as the Vice President of Health Services and Chief Compliance Officer at Plymouth Harbor on Sarasota Bay. Notably, Ashley has led the facility to achieve a deficiency-free health inspection and several prestigious accolades, including recognition by U.S. News & World Report and the SRQ Best of 2024 awards.

Ashley holds a Master of Health Administration with a concentration in Gerontology from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Health Administration.
